Two years ago I started studying Visceral Manipulation - a slow, mindful, and highly effective approach to help ease tension in your abdominal organs and entire body.

This is a gently modality that works deeply, helping to create ease and freedom in your abdominal tissues. You will be clothed the entire session. Please wear a comfortable two piece outfit so your abdomen may be easily accessed.
